Modern Urban Town Planners is spearheaded by a team of experienced and highly qualified experts in Town and Regional Planning. Our portfolio includes significant collaborations with municipalities such as the City of Johannesburg and other municipalities.

Our extensive background encompasses diverse responsibilities such as compiling land use applications, evaluating existing land use, and applying their deep knowledge of town planning policies, acts, and schemes. We specialize in resolving zoning issues and addressing complex land use challenges, all to create a livable and harmonious environment.

HOW WE STARTED

Modern urban town planners pty ltd (previously known as R and M development specialist pty ltd) was established in 2016 by a group of various professionals with an aim of bringing a harmonious land development on both private and public sector. The company is focused on but no limited to providing advice and assisting with a wide range of services, which include acquisition of development rights, rezoning of property, township establishment, consents, subdivision of land and many other related procedures relevant to land development.
The company works together with a team consisting of other professionals, such as civil engineers, traffic engineers, electrical engineers, geotechnical engineers, land surveyors, environmentalists and attorneys in order to meet the merits of harmonious development.
